Why Wait to Deliver Your Best Offer

Recently I made my first foray into the MLM world and like 95% of the people who do, was disappointed and disillusioned. Over promising and under delivering is not unique to any one business as it happens with great frequency.

As the social media game that was going to establish a foot-hold in the new marketing arena was delivered DOA, the discontent was heard around the social media world and people began to bail. In fact the matrix had so many holes it resembled a screen door!

Once the company realized the departures were in such great numbers, they started offering special incentives to encourage people to stay.

Why wait on your best offer?

Companies that offer deep discount sales to their customers are often the same companies who offer raises to important employees who have just given their notice of moving to another employer. Why did the company leaders wait until the person is gone before providing the best offer?

Wake up leaders! If you want to keep your best employees compensate them now before they are entertaining leaving. Work as hard to keep them as you will trying to get them back.

Same goes for customers. If you want to keep your long term customers offer them the deep discounts through a VIP pricing program. If you want to show how much you care, don't wait until they are out the door before you appreciate them.
